Ever notice how some of the buildings marketed as ‘green’ have more concrete than a high school gym? Just the other day, I visited one that claimed to be a zero-energy structure, but the only things that seemed to be running on sunlight were the marketing slogans! Makes you wonder if they should have just put plants in their brochures instead.
