Managing Furniture Selection Timelines

I’m currently juggling the timeline for our latest architecture project, and furniture selection is proving to be a challenge. We’re aiming for a cohesive look that aligns with the overall design, but I’m realizing we might need to adjust delivery dates to fit our installation schedule. How do you all manage these dependencies effectively?

It’s like trying to solve a puzzle with pieces that keep disappearing! I’ve found that setting up a shared calendar with vendors helps keep everyone on the same page about deadlines… Have you tried that yet?

I totally get the struggle with furniture selection timelines. In my last project, we found that doing a mockup with the furniture pieces virtually helped nail down a cohesive look ahead of time. It let us realize earlier if we needed to push any delivery dates without throwing off the whole schedule.

It’s a real juggling act, isn’t it? One thing that helped me was to create a prioritized list of furniture pieces that are essential to the installation timeline. Maybe consider using a tool like Trello to map out these dependencies?
