Until next time, keep pushing those boundaries and finding inspiration in every blueprint.

I’ve had better traction by leading with a ‘one-page project snapshot’ in applications — budget managed, schedule recovered, team size, and change-order rate — rather than a full portfolio; it’s gotten me callbacks for PM roles within a day… Remote’s still possible, but expect a hybrid ask during CA or big coordination weeks, so flag your availability upfront.

I’ve been getting better responses by attaching a tailored 90-day PM ramp plan (tools, stakeholders, two quick wins) and referencing it in the first line; that netted 3 callbacks out of 7 apps last week, @OP. If the ATS warns about attachments, I drop a trimmed ‘90-Day Outline’ into the cover letter instead — think teaser trailer, not the whole movie.

Quick example: I started dropping a 45-second Loom showing how I cut RFI turnaround from 8 to 3 days on a $18M renovation, and two PM leads replied to the video before my resume. Since these are “real-time” postings and expire fast, I put the key metric in the email subject and a plain link to the clip (https://www.loom.com) to save clicks; , some filters eat links, so I also attach a tiny PDF image of the risk log as backup. Anyone else seeing link blockers nuke replies?
